Good morning!

Please join us in our daily meditation and breathing sessions.

If you'd like to take a look at what myself and several other massage therapists are doing, here's a brief description of Ki Breathing and Ki Meditation as described by Curtis Sensei.  (I know this is posted here someone on the list as well.)
