Hello everybody! I've been noticing that my husband is so filled with negativity,pain(emotional and physical),bitterness, narcissism.
Can anyone help release it from him. Please?

This is a tough one Mandy and Im afraid there is no quick fix.  It's going to take effort on his part to undo all that he's been taught and learned.

Is he willing to work on himself?
